Er ist als Gründer des bhcg.impact.network seit 20 Jahren als Berater, Facilitator und Coach aktiv. Um nachhaltige Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozesse in Gang zu setzen hat er Action Learning in zahlreichen Organisationen erfolgreich implementiert. Dabei kommt ihm seine langjährige Praxis als in-house Consultant zu Gute, bevor er sich als Berater und Facilitator selbständig machte. Eingebunden in ein internationales Experten-Netzwerk engagiert sich der Professor für Change Management für die ständige Weiterentwicklung von Action Learning und reflexionsorientiertem Leadership und hat dazu zahlreiche Artikel und Bücher publiziert. Managern und Beratern bietet er Intensivprogramme zu Action Learning Facilitation an.

Bernhard Hauser about himself, his work and his vision: As founder of bhcg.impact.network he has been operating for 20 years as consultant, facilitator and coach in organisations. In order to initiate sustainable development and change processes, he successfully implemented Action Learning in numerous organizations. His long-term experience as in-house consultant – before he made himself self-employed as consultant and facilitator – adds tremendously to his competency to understand his customers complex organizational and micro-political worlds. Involved in an international network of experts, the professor for change management is committed to the constant further development of Action Learning and reflection-oriented leadership and has published numerous articles and books.
He offers process consultation, management training, individual and organizational coaching and intensive programs on Action Learning Facilitation to managers and consultants.
